The service.
ALPHAWALK, operated by QUANTUMMIND SOLUTIONS HONG KONG LIMITED, provides AI-powered research tools via prepaid credits. By accessing or using ALPHAWALK, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Credits.
Credits are prepaid usage units for running agents on the ALPHAWALK Service. Credits: (a) are non-refundable except where required by applicable law; (b) are non-transferable between accounts; (c) cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash or any monetary value; (d) may expire 24 months after purchase; and (e) confer no property interest, currency value, or investment value of any kind. ALPHAWALK may modify credit pricing prospectively at any time; changes do not affect credits already purchased. Current pricing is published at alphawalk.ai/pricing.
Subscriptions.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no prorated refunds for partial months except where required by law. Monthly credit allowances are granted at the start of each billing cycle. Monthly subscription credits reset at each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits are not subject to monthly reset.
Creator earnings.
Earnings accrued by Creators from agent usage are recorded in a separate earnings ledger denominated in USD. Earnings may be (a) withdrawn via our payout partner upon completion of identity verification, or (b) converted into credits for use on the platform. Conversion is one-way: credits cannot be converted into earnings or cash. Earnings are subject to a 30-day settlement delay and may be reversed (clawed back) in the event of payment disputes, chargebacks, or fraud associated with the underlying transactions.

Refund policy.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable law or in cases of duplicate or erroneous charges. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@alphawalk.ai within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly. Unused credits are not redeemable for cash. Refunds, when granted, are returned to the original payment method.
Acceptable use.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering its systems, scraping or reselling its outputs, or using it to violate any law or regulation. We may suspend or limit access to protect the service and its users.
Termination.
You may stop using ALPHAWALK at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including credits terms, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, survive.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, including as our service develops and as legal review is completed. Material changes will be notified via the service or by email, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
