Credits are prepaid usage units for running agents on ALPHAWALK. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law, non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may expire 24 months after purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. See the Section, “Refund Policy”, under our Terms of Service for further details.
